Seaford Town Council is committed to investing Officer time and resource into project work in order to maintain and improve the facilities and services available within the town.

This page is currently being populated but to give some broad information, below is an insight into some of the Council's current project work:

The Council has recently committed to adopting a Capital Wishlist as a working policy document. The Wishlist details all the work, whether replacements, repairs or new installations, deemed necessary throughout the entire town. Each individual job is prioritised as short, medium or long term and given an estimated value. This policy document will assist the Council and its Officers in utilising available funds to the best of their abilities and with the best interest of the town in mind.

The Salts Development Plan produced by Council Officers was presented to the Council for adoption as a policy document in November 2014.

The projects within the development plan prioritise planned improvements to children’s play space, tennis courts, Skate Park and all other sports facilities at The Salts. In addition Seaford Town Council will work in partnership with sports clubs and voluntary organisations to improve quality in all areas of the park.

Following on from this, the Council will look to create development plans for the Crouch Gardens and the Seafront/Martello, in priority order, over the next 12 to 18 months.

For more information and to download the plan, please visit the Salts Recreation Ground page.

This page will be updated soon with more details surrounding projects and updates as and when they are available but please bear with us whilst this is being created.

Many thanks for your patience.
