- All staff including those at Seaford Head Golf Course.
- Assists in the formulation of Council policies.
- All Council projects.
- Advises member’s on new legislation affecting the Council and its business.
- The Council’s accreditation as a Quality Council.
- Deals with marketing, publicity and advertising for the Council.

BEN KING - PROJECT AND FACILITIES MANAGER
- Management of contracts and concessions controlled by the Town Council
- Introduction of sustainable management methods, considering the environmental impact in the operation and maintenance of facilities.
- Developing and managing maintenance programs for Town Council assets
- Maintaining the best possible condition, and uses for the towns facilities
- Developing and supporting new projects on behalf of the council

- Prepares all financial reports.
- Advises the Council on all financial matters
- Manages and monitors the Council's finances.

- Deals with the leases and licences on all Council property.
