Seaford Town Council is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Assistant to join the Project & Facilities department. Ideally the candidate would be able to begin in the role as soon as possible, however this will be flexible to accommodate any notice requirements.

The key duties of the role are;

The role is largely computer-based, so previous experience with Microsoft Office packages and confidence with using a computer are essential. You will however also be required to be hands on with the facilities & projects you are assisting with.

On occasion, you will be required to attend some weekend or evening events/meetings, flexibility is essential.

In exchange for all that you bring to the role, the Town Council offers a variety of benefits including enhanced annual leave entitlements, enhanced parental leave policies, membership of the generous Local Government Pension Scheme (with a 17.4% employer contribution), an annual sickness bonus scheme, discount at Wave Leisure, membership to online discount platform Perkbox and discount on food and refreshments at The View at Seaford Head.
