Seaford Town Council welcomes tender applications for its highly sought-after seafront concession spaces, offering local entrepreneurs and small businesses the chance to secure a prime coastal trading location for the 2026 season and beyond.
Mobile Food & Drink Concession Opportunity at Bönningstedt Promenade
Located along the bustling Bönningstedt Promenade, this long-established concession site is already a recognised stop for refreshments and has successfully operated as an ice-cream concession for many years.
The new tender opportunity opens the door to any mobile food or drink business, offering flexibility for creative and distinctive concepts. The only requirement is that the unit can be removed from the site outside trading hours.
The concession is offered under a three-year licence, providing a stable and attractive opportunity for both established traders and ambitious growing businesses.
West View Concession Huts – Summer 2026 Pop-Ups
Four West View Concession Huts will be available from April to September 2026, creating a seasonal pop-up opportunity during the busiest months of the year.
Each hut measures 8ft deep by 12ft wide, with 5ft double doors, making them ideal for a range of non-food retail or service-based businesses.
Please note: this is a non-refreshment opportunity, and applications involving food or drink will not be considered for these huts.
