*All Bonningstedt huts are now sold and privately owned!  There are no current plans to build any more huts*.

In March 2017 Seaford Town Council adopted a Seafront Improvement Plan, which includes new beach huts to be installed along Bönningstedt Promenade in stages.  Owners have use of a water tap, access to a temporary toilet over the summer months, unlimited free parking in the immediate vicinity and the option of an electrical supply. As the development progresses there are also plans for permanent toilets and a cafe to be built where the access steps lead down from Marine Parade.

Watch a short presentation which introduces you to the Bonningstedt Beach Huts below:

The beach huts afford a wonderful, unobstructed view out across Seaford bay. The raised balcony is the perfect place to sit and watch yachts heading out from the sailing club and the ferry embarking on its daily journey across The Channel.
