A fantastic opportunity is currently available to purchase one of the populer beach huts at Bönningstedt Promenade – don’t miss out!

In March 2017 Seaford Town Council adopted a Seafront Improvement Plan, which includes new beach huts to be installed along Bönningstedt Promenade in stages. Stage 1 is complete and a few of the initial 20 beach huts remain available to purchase. Owners have use of a water tap and access to a temporary toilet over the summer months. It is planned to offer the option of an electrical supply in the future. As the development progresses there are also plans for permanent toilets and a cafe to be built where the access steps lead down from Marine Parade. A low-level defence wall will be constructed to stop the spread of shingle from the beach ensuring access will always be clear, and unlimited free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

The beach huts afford a wonderful, unobstructed view out across Seaford bay. The raised balcony is the perfect place to sit and watch yachts heading out from the sailing club and the ferry embarking on its daily journey across The Channel.
