Seaford Town Council is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Officer to join its Operations & Facilities team. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the maintenance, repair and improvement of the Town Council’s properties, land and equipment, helping to ensure safe, well-maintained and welcoming spaces for the community.
About the Role
The Maintenance Officer will undertake a wide range of proactive and reactive maintenance duties, carry out repairs and improvements, and support the delivery of planned and responsive works across the Town Council’s estate. The role also involves overseeing contractors where delegated, maintaining accurate records, and working collaboratively with colleagues to support the Council’s services and facilities.
