Seaford Town Council invites bids from local businesses and organisations for a prime promotional opportunity.
The opportunity involves sponsorship of a double-sided promotional sign displaying the sponsor’s business information and logo. The sign is positioned next to the decorative boat opposite Morrisons petrol station on Station Approach, a key gateway into Seaford. This prominent position offers excellent visibility from both the A259 and the railway line, making it an ideal opportunity to reach commuters travelling by road and rail, as well as visitors arriving in Seaford.
The sponsorship will be awarded for a three-year term, through a sealed-bid process. Bids are invited from £750 plus VAT for the first year, with the sponsorship fee reviewed annually and adjusted in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
Interested parties are invited to submit bids via out tender email box to tenders@seafordtowncouncil.gov.uk. All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Town Council’s Corporate Sponsorship Policy.
The Town Council reserves the right to decline any bid, including the highest bid, where the proposed sponsorship or advertising content is not considered appropriate for the site or the local community.
All advertising artwork and final design will be subject to approval by Town Council officers prior to production and installation.
