This is a public‑facing, outdoor role providing a visible presence, assisting visitors, managing vehicle movements, and supporting the Council during busy periods, weekends, bank holidays, and peak visitor times. This is a zero hour contract with working hours offered on a casual, as and when required basis’
The successful candidate will have:
- A professional and approachable manner
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- Confidence in dealing with members of the public
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, school holidays and bank holidays
- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
