Seaford Christmas Magic Returns - Saturday 29 November 2025
Seaford Town Council is delighted to announce the return of Seaford Christmas Magic, taking place on Saturday 29 November 2025.
SEAFORD, 7 October 2025 – This much-loved annual event is free to attend and welcomes residents and visitors of all ages and abilities to join in a day of festive cheer, community spirit, and seasonal entertainment.
A highlight of Seaford’s winter calendar, Seaford Christmas Magic brings the town centre to life with a vibrant programme of family-friendly activities. Last year’s spectacular lantern parade saw more than 700 participants illuminate the streets, culminating in the Broad Street Christmas light switch-on — a magical moment that captured the heart of the community.
This year’s event promises even more festive fun, with a wide range of attractions and activities designed to celebrate local creativity and togetherness.
Event highlights include:
- ✨ Lantern Parade – Returning once again, with lanterns created through free workshops in local schools, care homes, and a large public workshop on the day, ensuring everyone has the chance to get involved.
- 🎅 Santa’s Grotto – Children can meet Father Christmas, free of charge, and take home a little Christmas magic of their own.
- 🎶 Live Performance Stage – Featuring performances from local schools, choirs, and community groups throughout the day and supported by Seahaven FM!
- 🎁 Traditional Christmas Market – Explore stalls filled with unique gifts, handmade crafts, and delicious seasonal food and drink.
- 🎡 Funfair Rides and Festive Activities – Enjoy entertainment for all ages in a joyful and welcoming atmosphere.
Seaford Town Council, Seaford Chamber of Commerce and Seaford Town Market are working behind the scenes to bring this event to life for the Seaford community and beyond and look forward to another successful year of celebrating the holiday season.
