An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Seaford Town Council as an Assets & Facilities Compliance Officer. In this key role, you will lead and coordinate compliance activities across the Council’s diverse portfolio of properties, buildings, facilities, equipment and other assets, ensuring all statutory and regulatory obligations are met.
Working closely with the Assets and Contracts Manager, Operational Health and Safety Inspector, contractors and stakeholders, you will help ensure that the Council’s assets are safe, compliant, well-maintained and fit for purpose.
